Breathing Art Mandala Community

This is a community page of The Mandala. Here we gather nature mandalas and sources of empowering thoughts and actions from everyone interested.
WHY. In a crisis we are often feeling very alone. There can be long times, when we need even small experiences of connection, to have the srength to get up, to go through the day, the next day. Something to focus our attention to today, when there is still long way to healing. I want to honour my own path of healing and the vision of the nature mandala, that communicates connection and wholeness, clarity and the power born from silence. And bring along other people’s stories of that connection. Sometimes it is impossible to physically get into groups of to meet other people, and then it is fabulous if we can use technology as a tool for the connection to ourselves and others. Crisis comes to everyone, in a way or another, let us be each other’s support in those times.

From Koli towards the rainforests
Mother I Feel You is the beautiful melody by Rainbow Songs, that resonates in my mind as I write this. This earth mandala was created on the Beltane on 1 st of May 2019 at the woods of Koli National Park, Finland. We were 15 persons participating Shamanism & Dance Retreat by Kolin Keidas (Marianne
Ryhänen) and Karhun Talo (Helena Karhu). This is from all of us. This is from all of us environmental artists in our group. This is from the Spirit of Koli towards all those rainforests and other forests of the Earth that the TreeSisters are supporting. We support your project wholeheartedly, and thank you in
gratitude for your service for the Tree Spirits. The Fairies are with us too.

“Mother I feel you under my feet,
Mother I hear your heartbeat
Mother I feel you under my feet,
Mother I hear your heartbeat

heya heya heya yah heya heya ho
heya heya heya heya heya ho

Mother I hear you in the River song,
eternal waters flowing on and on.
Mother I hear you in the River song,
eternal waters flowing on and on

heya heya heya yah heya heya ho
heya heya heya heya heya ho

Father I see you when the Eagle flies,
Light of the Spirit going to take us higher.
Father I see you when the Eagle flies,
Light of the Spirit going to take us higher.

heya heya heya yah heya heya ho
heya heya heya heya heya ho

Mother I feel you under my feet,
Mother I hear your heartbeat
Mother I feel you under my feet,
Mother I hear your heartbeat”

Rapiseva iho,
kuivuuttaan pois tippuva
raskaaksi käynyt kuori

Keltaiset valopisarat hyppivät silmille,hämmentävinä

Ei ole paluuta vanhaan
Valo ja varjo leikkivät minussa lupaa kysymättä

Hengitän, olen tässä
valoni ja varjoni

Kokonaisena

”Olen 54-vuotias. On vaihdevuodet, lastenlapset, omien vanhempien hoitaminen. Titta Valla
